By combining their traditional wax & quilt techniques they have created a new adaptation of the Utility Jacket that is both water resistant, due to the wax finish, & warm. Barbour have used their own Sylkoil wax finish to give the cotton outer a water defence, this is a highly reliable finish that the brand have used for many years on their clothing. The four pockets on the front of the jacket & the stand collar reflect the military inspiration the brand have used in creating this jacket. A luxuriously soft, next to skin feel is given by the soft moleskin lining on the inside of the collar & the cuffs.
