Unlike a traditional fixed movement crosstrainer, The Technogym Vario offers the option to define your unique path or motion.
With the fluid motion of the Vario, the user can select & direct movements according to his/her natural stride & training goals. in addition, the user can engage the upper body to experience a total body workout or hold onto the fixed handles or handrails for a focused lower body workout.
Technogym is a world leader in the design of fitness equipment for fitness facilities, hotels, spas, rehabilitation centers, corporate gyms, universities, professional sports facilities, private homes, & beyond.
Changing the movement pathway on the Vario is very simple. The user begins with a stepping movement & then progresses to an elliptical motion or a full stride running movement. The user can also increase the intensity by moving faster or lower the intensity by returning to the stepping movement or moving at a slower pace.
The Three Movements of Vario:
Vario provides three different trajectories with varying levels of intensity & muscles involved.
Vertical -As the name suggests, this rhythmic stride is similar to the movement made when climbing or descending stairs
Elliptical
- This circular movement is similar to a brisk walk (when using a shorter stride) or running (when using a longer stride)
" Vario"
- This movement is similar to an athlete&0s full stride run, as the stride length on the machine goes up to 33 inches
Benefits of the Technogym Vario Crosstrainer
Controlled High-Intensity Workout.
Users can vary the involvement of muscles in the body based on their upper body position & the style & speed of their lower body stride
Full Body Training. The two platforms & interconnected lever-handles move in sync, providing a fluid movement between upper & lower body
Lower Body Training Users can focus on isolating the lower part of their body by placing hands on the side rests
Low Impact on Knees & Joints Vario offers a low impact movement that is gentle on the joints
Improve Coordination & Rhythm Involving both arms & legs in rhythmic movements synchronizes the upper half of the body with the lower half which helps to improve coordination
Designed for All User Sizes The Vario is biomechanically designed for all types of users ranging from 55 inches to 83 inches in height & those who weigh up to 350 pounds
