Product Description

Our folic acid supplement provides 400μg of high-quality methylfolate in capsule form. We have used L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) to form our folic acid health supplement. L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate is the metabolically active form of folic acid & is found in nature. Synthetic folic acid has to undergo several biochemical conversions in the body to become 5-MTHF.
