CAT6 cable has a higher twist rate than CAT5/5e cabling. This means that it is less prone to noise as the higher twists help to cancel out noise in the signal pairs. But it also means that the pairs of cables are of different lengths & the three video colours, RGB, each sent down a pair of cables, will arrive at different times.
