The LINDY Fibre Optic HDMI 4K UHD Extender is the most cost effective, high performance solution on the market for sending HDMI signals over incredible distances. Using a standard LC duplex single mode (9/125) fibre optic cable (not included) to make the long distance connection, the HDMI Extender provides full support for HD 1080p, HDCP, multi channel audio, CEC & infrared remote control. If your video content does not include HDCP protection it is possible to use this extender to reach distances of up to 3km. Unlike other manufacturer's solutions, the LINDY Fibre Optic HDMI Extender uses just one duplex fibre cable
- no additional Ethernet patch cables are required for DDC or remote control. HD 1080p, multi channel audio, HDCP, CEC & remote control over a single cable! The extender system comprises two modules, a transmitter & a receiver, which are connected to both the HDMI source & display using standard HDMI cablesof up to 5m. The modules are then connected together using a single, standard LC duplex single mode fibre cable of up to 700m (3km if without HDCP) in length (fibre optic cable is not included). Fit this 6 Pin FireWire Keystone into a Keystone Snap-in Block and place into a face plate along side other Keystone and Snap-in modules. These modules provide a full range of solutions for AV, networking, voice and audio installations. The wide selection of modules and face plates can be custom configured giving you greater control and flexibility. Please Note: This keystones has to be used as a part of a pair and in conjunction with 3 FireWire cables, one cable inside the wall and two cables outside. FireWire cables use a crossed pinout configuration. This keystone uses a 1:1 straight wiring. If you only use two cables connected
