An attractive silver medical information pendant worn to ensure important details can be found in an emergency.  

Engraved to the front small disc is the international recognised medic symbol & the words medic aware. Move the small disc to reveal the ICE (In Case of Emergency) contact name & number. Included is a name or word to the bottom of the front of the large disc if required. This could be the wearer's name or a medical condition eg diabetic.

Optionally, the back of the large disc can be engraved with medical conditions or any engraving text that is preferred.
