- 9x 33 Granite Binoculars feature ED (Low Dispersion) glass in the optical design, which means they deliver excellent colour correction & razor sharp images while virtually eliminating chromatic aberration. The open frame style provides excellent grip & is comfortable to handle, even single handed, especially as they are particularly lightweight as the body is made from magnesium which is much lighter than aluminum & more rugged & tough for handling in any environment.
