The new S1+ combines the success stories of two unique transceiver innovations: the display of the relative location of avalanche victims & the SMART ANTENNA TECHNOLOGY!TRANSMISSION MODE: Thereby the S1+ works incredibly easily & intuitively! It is turned on by the side safety switch. A standardized self-test runs automatically. All 3 antennas are checked for transmission & receiving functions, as well as for the battery status & the sensor. Then the device immediately switches to transmission mode.
