Paul inherited the Foods of Athenry dairy farm back in the 1980's & together with his wife Siobhain they used their knowledge of cooking & farming, as well as the six new willing tasters in the house to create a wide range of bakery products catering to many dietary needs, including gluten free.
The love of good food is something that was, & still is, a family passion, along with a lifelong interest in the relationship of food & health, they operate a ‘clean label’ philosophy.
The Foods of Athenry family have plenty of satisfied customers reminding them of the great work they're doing. In the place where health & indulgence meet, you're invited to try a simple food pleasure. Twice -baked sodabread toasts.
