Because of UK Law we are not allowed to repeat any medicinal research that has been carried out but we can say that our Manuka Honey is the most rigorously tested manuka on the market we test for GMO methylglyoxal, this is the chemical found in manuka honey that actually creates its activity. This is the only reliable way of testing manuka honey & do not subscribe to comparing it to phenol or carbolic as many suppliers do. Comparative testing is now known to be more reliant on the testers opinion than scientific proof, we will supply in the equivalent strengths of 10 + as an aid to promoting good health.
