This oil is a wonderful fusion of the high antioxidant ottobratica extravirgin olive oil with Rosemary from the Pata estate. After the lilac flowering of this hardy Mediterranean herb, leaves are harvested & mixed with the olives for pressing to produce this stunning oil. The subtle perfume of the rosemary with the grassy flavours of the extravirgin olive oil creates a wonderful oil to add to potatoes or other vegetables after roasting in extravirgin olive oil, or drizzled onto a lamb or beef dish just prior to serving. It is also well worth a try with a salad, simply as a beautiful taster with bread or on a steak!
