Toning bands enable you to create 'direct contact resistance' which means that by wrapping the bands around your arms & legs you can target both large & small muscles. This technique has been used by athletes & therapists for many years to get at those 'hard to reach' muscles. Everybodys body is different so the best way to put your toning bands to work is to try lots of small movements on different muscles until you find a movement that is particularity challenging then keep repeating it until you improve.
