Homegrown spelt and honey toasted with hazelnuts, seeds and cereals combined with raisins, cranberries and goldenberries - a delicious granola with real provenance. Winners of the Deliciously Yorkshire Awards 2012-13. This recipe is packed with natural organic ingredients including premium hazelnuts which are combined with honey and gently toasted and blended, then baked here in our wood burning oven at the Side Oven bakery. Once cooled cranberries and zingy goldenberries are added with some sweet succulent raisins. If you haven’t discovered the fantastic goldenberry yet, then you must try this granola. The tangy, exotic goldenberry is packed with potassium, vitamin C, iron, fibre and other nutrients and is set off perfectly by the honey-toasted crunch of this granola.
