Omega 3 generally comes from oily fish, yet only one third of the population eat oily fish on a regular basis, with many eating none at all because they do not like fish. TIANA Organic Omega 3 Spreadable is 100% vegetarian and vegan as we have used the top quality cold pressed flax seed oil that is high in α-linolenic acid – Omega 3. Omega 3 essential fatty acids have been shown by extensive research to support heart and joint health.
