Van Der Meulen Dutch Crispbakes. The dough of crispbakes consists of wheat, sugar, syrup, yeast, salt & free range eggs. First we make little doughballs of Approx. 30 grams, these are then placed in special tins & baked. After the baking process the doughball becomes a little round bread & this bread is then sliced into two parts. these two parts are then roasted leaving a Dutch Crispbake.
