The Maya has been

The Arcteryx Cierzo is a
stripped down and
lightweight minimalist
pack that can be used on
fast and lean alpine
ascents, multi-pitch
climbs or just as a
secondary pack when on
longer trips. Made with
the usual Arcteryx
gorgeousness and a mix of
fabrics that balances low
weight and durability.
The main body is made
from N210p, a plain
weave nylon fabric with a
polyurethane coating to
make it highly water
resistant. Wear areas
such as back panel, base
and lid are made from
N100r-HT, a high
tenacity nylon with a
mini ripstop weave that
is highly tear resistant
and silicone treated for
extra weather resistance.
The lightweight shoulder
straps have EV50

AC² (Advanced Composite)
technology. AC² uses a
lamination and coating
process to create
extremely strong,
lightweight and highly
water resistant fabrics.
This process allows
Arcteryx to create an
almost seamless
construction and allows
direct placement of
components, such as
straps, eliminating
stitching. This amazing
fabric is then turned
into product using
complex 3D patterning,
heat sealed seams and
micro seam taping
resulting in strength,
stability, structure and
minimal weight. The
result is a
featherweight, extremely
water resistant and
massively tough climbing
and ascent pack. The main
body of the pack is made
using a high denier
ripstop nylon that is
exceptionally durable
with a high tenacity tear
strength and coated on
both sides with urethane

air-permeable fabric that
is 100% waterproof. The
minimal design of the

durable 500D vinyl fabric
that can cope with daily

the IPX6 standard which

waterproof things to

The Toccoa uses a very
durable 500D vinyl fabric
that can cope with daily
wear and tear and trail
abuse. This fabric
features fully welded
seams to make the fabric
waterproof and a
roll-down closure to make
this versatile pack
practically waterproof.
The Toccoa is tested to
the IPX6 standard which
states that it is
Protected against heavy
seas/temporary flooding -
Water projected at all
angles through a 12.5mm
nozzle at a flow rate of
100 litres per minute at
a pressure of 100kN/m2
