The Arcteryx Cierzo is a stripped down & lightweight minimalist pack that can be used on fast & lean alpine ascents, multi-pitch climbs or just as a secondary pack when on longer trips. Made with the usual Arcteryx gorgeousness & a mix of fabrics that balances low weight & durability. The main body is made from N210p, a plain weave nylon fabric with a polyurethane coating to make it highly water resistant. Wear areas such as back panel, base & lid are made from N100r-HT, a high tenacity nylon with a mini ripstop weave that is highly tear resistant & silicone treated for extra weather resistance. The lightweight shoulder straps have EV50 spacermesh to enhance breathability & an adjustable sternum strap. The back panel is very simply padded by a single sheet of EVA foam which can be removed to go uber minimal. A simple bungee compression system on the exterior controls the load & also provides some useful additional storage for a roll mat or a shell. Twin ice axe loops take care of the hardware & the zipped top pocket can be turned inside out to pack the Cierzo away, once youve removed the foam back pad. Super lightweight Highly compressible
