It features Keens quick draw elastic cord lacing system with a womens specific shape, for a secure & comfortable fit.  The hydrophobic mesh lining & waterproof fabrics result in a faster drying time if you do use these as a water sandal. They can also be machine washed on a gentle cycle using a small amount of mild detergent, we would recommend  Nikwax, & then allow to air dry. To ensure all day comfort Keen have used a Metatonomical EVA moulded footbed for great shock abortion & cushioning. Metatonomical is a big fancy name that has been given to the internal support mechanism, it is anatomically engineered to provide excellent arch support that cradles the natural contours of the foot.  It also has a shank that runs through the inner of the sole unit for added stability. This high quality stainless steel cookset can be used in two ways.   Once your Kelly Kettle has boiled remove it from the fire base & place the steel grill pieces onto the fire base. You can then plonk the cookset on the grill & start cooking.   If you need to add extra fuel simply poke it in through the air holes in the side of the base.   Alternatively you can use the optional pot-support & sit the cookset on top of the kettle as it boils.   Just remember to keep stirring as the heat is intense.   You can use this method to also boil up extra water for re-hydrating food or brewing up.
