These Chlorine tablets will disinfectant drinking water killing pathogenic organisms.   They are perfect for disinfecting water for cleaning teeth & for washing fruit & vegetables. The 72 foil sealed tablets will treat up to 72 litres of water & are safe for long term use.   Chlorine is ideally suited to relatively clean & clear water such as mountain springs & rivers.   We recommend that you use neutralising tablets to remove the chlorine taste & smell. When using any water treatment product, the water should be relatively clear. If there is debris or any particulate matter in the water, this will reduce the effectiveness of the active ingredient. Particles should be removed by straining the water through a piece of cotton or similar fine-weave fabric. Add 1 tablet to every 1 litre of relatively clear water requiring treatment. If the water is very cold or if heavy microbiological contamination is suspected, add 2 tablets per litre of water. For washing fruit or vegetables, use 3 tablets per litre of water. Shake thoroughly & wait for at least 10 minutes before use. Wait for 20 minutes if you have used 2 tablets or 30 minutes if you have used 3 tablets. The water is now ready for use. Use neutralising tablets to remove the taste & smell of the chlorine.
