With the fluid motion of the Vario, the user can select & direct movements according to his/her natural stride & training goals. in addition, the user can engage the upper body to experience a total body workout or hold onto the fixed handles or handrails for a focused lower body workout. Changing the movement pathway on the Vario is very simple. The user begins with a stepping movement & then progresses to an elliptical motion or a full stride running movement.
