The Alexander Rose Southsea Folding Carver Chair has been manufactured from Grade A teak which is a material that features a beautiful light golden brown finish. The Southsea Folding chair has a high back rest which has been ergonomically shaped to ensure extra comfort whilst being seated. Thde chair also has distinctive thick arm rests either side of the chair to ensure comfort. The chair can also be folded from the middle. This makes the chairs easier to stores in the winter period. To maintain teaks original finish we would recommend using our range of golden care products which are specialized to offer resistance against all types of weather conditions. The chair already comes pre treated with a teak protector which will last up to 4
- 6 months. Then you should apply a coat of teak cleaner followed on by the teak protector, this process should be repeated every 4

The Alexander Rose Southsea Gateleg 4 Seat Set is ideal for 4 people to sit back & relax in their garden on a warm summer’s day. We like this set of garden furniture because it has been constructed from grade A teak which features a beautiful golden brown finish. However to maintain this finish we would recommend using our range of golden care products which can be located within the related products. The set of garden furniture has already been pre treated with a teak protector which will last up to 4
- 6 months. Once this time period is over we would recommend applying a coat of teak cleaner, then follow with the teak protector. To ensure that Teak maintains its original finish the wood has to be covered by a breathable cover. Or if the table is covered with a breathable cover then it can be left outside all year round. To ensure further comfort we have decided to include 4 x CC Collection Seat Pads within the Gatelegs 4 seat set. The CC Collection cushions are made from 180 grams polyester. These cushions are in fact water resistant & the outer cases can be machined washed. However we would recommend washing the cushions at a low temperature. The Alexander Rose Southsea Recliner features a different look to traditional garden furniture. The back rest & seating area of the chair is made from textilene which is the equivalent of having a cushion on the chair. Alexander Rose has experimented with textilene & they have received a lot of positive feedback. However to maintain the shape of the chair they have constructed the frame of the chair from FSC teak wood which features a light golden brown finish. The chair also has the feature of being able to recliner back to ensure extra comfort. To do this you merely have to elevate the armrest & the chair will recline.
