The wood used in the manufacture of this bench is 100% FSC Pine & therefore we know that it is made from a renewable & safe wood source. For every 1 tree cut down another 3 are planted. We also know that the wood used is documented & recorded which helps to put & end to illegal wood entering the UK & creating deforestation. The Woburn Picnic Bench is a strong & secure bench that will last the test of time. The Pine has been tanalised which will extend the life of the bench & ensure it looks new for as long as possible. As with all our benches we strong reccommend you cover this picnic bench when it's not in use. This will also help to extend the life of the bench.
