The Teak top is the perfect hardwood for outdoor furniture. It has a smooth texture & a striped grain. The high oil content is perfect for resisting extreme weather changes. Wood is a natural material & will, over time, change colour & crack. This is normal behaviour of timber, & will not affect the strength & durability of the furniture. To keep the original colour of the wood, we recommend treating it as soon as possible after purchase.
