This Rondeau Leisure Companion Seat is made from Hardwood as the natural qualites of the wood make it perfect for garden furniture. You simply need to remove the bench from the packaging, unfold it & sit down. This should only take a moment or two do. The hardwood used to manufacture this bench will weather extremely well. If you decide the leave the bench untreated it will naturally turn from brown to silver over 2/3 years. If you wish to keep the bench brown we suggest cleaning & protecting the bench twice a year & using a bench storage cover during the winter months. The back & seat of this bench have been ergonomically shaped to make sitting for long periods of time more comfortable. This Rosco Cast Iron Parasol Base is ideal for securing your parasol in place. It is made from a Dark Green Cast Iron, suits Traditional Wood & Cast Iron Garden Furniture extremely well. This Parasol Base is perfect for a number of Cast Iron Garden Furniture Sets as it has a ornate design which suits the Cast Iron furniture designs. Located underneath the base you will find 4 rubber feet, these help to cushion the base when it is placed on a hard surface such as gravel, concrete or decking. This parasol pole is made from a Green coloured Steel & contains a hole for a thumb screw which tightens to secure the parasol in place. This parasol base is suitable for all parasols with a stem or centre pole up to 48mm diameter. The base contains 3 plastic rings which can be added or removed to suit your parasol pole. Most parasol poles are between 38mm & 48mm. We recommend a 12kg Parasol Base is used in conjunction a table as it will not be heavy enough to support the weight of a parasol standing alone. If you intend to use this parasol base underneath your garden table you will be able to support a parasol up to 2m securely.
