This 8 Port HDMI Splitter & Transmitter allows up to 8 HDMI displays to be connected to single source via UTP CAT5e Solid Core. It uses our 20m, 35m & 50m Receiver units to make the long distance display connections. An additional RJ-45 cascade port allows a further 8 Port Splitter & Transmitter unit to be connected to add even more displays. This unique family of products represent the ideal solution for long distance, multiple display, HDMI installations such as those used in public signage, demonstration & presentation applications. For the highest resolutions, at distances of up to 50m, we recommend you use LINDY shielded CAT6 cables. The product range consists of single extender kits, a 2 port switching extender & an 8 port splitter / transmitter. A choice of receiver units is available which can support distances of up to 50m.
