- quite different from the seed oil which has a high percentage of Linalol. The seed oil is far safer for aromatherapy use. When convalescing or generally lacking appetite try a daily abdomen massage with 1 drop of Coriander & 2 drops of Bergamot blended in two teaspoons of Peach Kernel oil. Always massage the abdomen in a clockwise direction. Try 2 drops of Coriander & 2 drops of Ginger diluted in one teaspoon of Coconut oil & added to a warm bath to lift your spirits & ease general aches & pains. It is important to remember that whilst essential oils are being used it is wise not to drink alcohol. This is particularly applicable when using Coriander. Use in moderation at all times.

Due to its woody balsamic smell Cypress is used extensively in mens toiletries & is therefore popular as an ingredient in home-made blends. For a light aftershave facial oil blend 15ml of Jojoba oil with 2 drops of Cypress 2 drops of Sandalwood & 1 drop of Bergamot. Apply sparingly. Cypress is strongly anti-septic & astringent. Too enthusiastic at the gym?! Add 2 drops of Cypress 2 drops of Rosemary & 1 drop of Lavender to a bowl of boiling water. Lay a folded flannel in the water wring & place it on the aching area. (Always check the temperature first!) Alternatively blend the above oils with a teaspoon of Peach Kernel oil & stir it into a warm bath.
