Answer I can confirm the Beef Gravy Powder, Vegetable Stock Cubes & Chicken Stock Cubes are all free from Soya & Wheat, however the Chicken Gravy Powder, although Gluten Free & suitable for Coeliacs, contains dextrose which is an ingredient derived from wheat. Dextrose is exempt from the gluten labelling / allergen, & it is actually gluten that is the allergen rather than wheat, so it would be dependent upon whether your patients are working to a gluten free diet, or a wheat free diet?
