Aspall red & white wine vinegar are imported from the Munoz family in Logrono – the capital of the Rioja region in Spain. We have looked at many wine vinegars over the years, but always come back to the Munoz’s vinegars due to their supreme quality. The white wine vinegar has a fragrant nose with a delicious crisp & clean flavour – great for cerviche of fish. The red has a heady aroma with a full body – wonderful for marinating meat. One day, it may be warm enough for us to grow our own grapes & produce wine vinegars to match the quality from the Munoz estate.
