One of China’s ten famous teas, it grows on Huang Shan Mountain, a region known for its high rainfall & humidity & frequent mists. First produced in the late 1800s, it grows amongst wild peach trees & is gathered & processed by h&. It has a complex aroma with a sweet floral taste, & just a trace of nuttiness. Its emerald leaves give a deep amber infusion. Connoisseurs feel that the first infusion is the most fragrant, the second the sweetest & the third has the strongest flavour.
