Culinary egg substitute. A blend of raising ingredients & stabiliser in a potato starch & tapioca flour base. Mimics what eggs do in recipes, Greatly simplifies baking for people who cannot use eggs. It replaces egg whites as well as egg yolks in baking. Pack equal to Approx. 100 eggs. Recipes provided on pack. Egg Replacer is used mainly in baking from scratch. Egg Replacer can be used with some commercial mixes but it is not recommended. Since there are no eggs or egg derivatives, it CANNOT be scrambled, hardboiled, etc.
