Cocoa nibs (pieces of unground cocoa bean) add a crunchy texture to this 72% i Q chocolate bar. i Q chocolate is stoneground, at low temperatures, keeping it raw. This means in addition to the exciting burst of taste & flavour, we retain the high levels of valuable nutrients & antioxidants lost in traditional methods of chocolate making. This depth of flavour is enhanced with nectar of coconut blossom, which has a low GI. These healthy ingredients combine to make a delicious gluten free, dairy free, nut free, bar of chocolate.
