Porridge Recipe We think the simplest way to make a delicious bowl of porridge is to take half a cup of oats & a full cup of milk or water (or even a mixture of the two). If cooking in a saucepan: mix together the oats & milk/water, bring the mix to the boil stirring occasionally & then simmer for a couple of minutes. Add brown sugar, cream or salt as preferred. If using a microwave: mix the oats & milk/water together in a microwaveable bowl. Heat in the microwave for 11/2
- 2 minutes at full power, remove from oven & stir. Cook for a further 2 minutes at half power. Feel free to adjust these times to suit the power of your microwave & your taste buds.

Psyllium Husk Powder C005 Psyllium husks provide a good source of fibre. Used as part of a bowel/colon maintenance programme psyllium husks help to maintain healthy & efficient intestines. Recommended Adult Intake
- Add one heaped teaspoon of Psyllium powder (5g) to half a small glass (100ml) of luke warm water stir vigorously until mixed & drink immediately. Repeat two or three times per day or as directed by a practitioner. Psyllium husks come from the outside coat of the seeds of the plant Plantago Ovato. The husk provides a good source of fibre & is good used as part of a cleanse programme. The powder needs to be mixed with water & stirred please ensure that you take it quickly with sufficient water as it thickens rapidly & turns into a gel. This then expands during the muscular movement of the digestive tract. An average serving of 2 tsps/day gives you about 25 days’ supply. Please ensure that you are drinking good amounts of water (4 pints/day) when taking this product. We recommend that you use Aloe Vera juice with the psyllium husks as part of your colon care programme.
