Calabria, like Tuscany, is famous for its chillis, known locally as peperoncini. This oil has a bite, & is perfect for drizzling over pasta dishes. The Italians love to combine seafood pasta with a hint of chilli, so this is another lovely table oil to drizzle. The oil is a great way to spice up any salad. One of our favourites is the traditional “tricolore salad” with tomato, avocado, mozzarella; the addition of our chilli oil gives it a great kick!
