The lemons grown on the Pata estate are not quite like those we see on supermarket shelves. They are hand picked in all shapes & sizes at precisely the right time. The whole fruit is pressed together with the olives to create this unique union of flavours. Lemons have been shown to possibly reduce the glycaemic index of foods, making this a great oil to drizzle on cous cous or rice as an accompaniment to any meal. This oil is wonderful as a drizzle for fish or chicken dishes, or with antipasti & for dipping with bread.
