The unique  Sensifit fit system provides the secure foot hugging fit; this consists of the zig-zag lacing anchor, the asymmetrical placement of the lace loops & the  Quicklace lacing system. All of this really holds your foot securely by evenly tensioning from the sides to the top of the shoe. The 3D Chassis sole unit is made up from a solid protective heel cap, injection moulded EVA foam layer for cushioning, a hard plastic 3D Advanced Chassis for support and pronation control, another EVA foam heel strike pad & Salomons proprietary non marking  Contragrip HA & LT rubber.  A lot has gone into this shoe & you will no doubt get a lot out of it.
