Expedition 50+ contains DEET and natural pyrethroids in a dual action formulation that provides a high level of protection against biting insects in all environments. DEET acts as an effective repellant and the natural pyrethroids act as a bite inhibitor that discourages the little blighters from actually biting you should they get past the DEET. Each application of Expedition 50+ will last for up to 10 hours, but if its particularly hot and humid and you are sweating you will need to re-apply more frequently.
