Place about 25ml of Indulge into an oil warmer & warm the blend for about 10 minutes. Whilst the blend is warming, gently brush through the hair removing any knots & tangles. This stimulates the blood circulation to the scalp, & prepares the way for optimum absorption of the oils into the hair & scalp. When the oil blend is warm enough massage carefully into the scalp & hair, ensuring all areas are covered. Work from the hairline at the front backwards, dividing the area into small sections with a comb. Pay special attention to the crown area on top of the head where most people carry a lot of tension. Massage deeply around the temples & the base of the skull, where the neck muscles insert into the occipital bone. When the whole head has been covered, wrap it in a warm towel & leave the oil on for about 30 minutes. Wash the hair thoroughly with a mild shampoo, only use a conditioner if necessary & leave the hair to dry naturally for the best results. The benefits of head massage with our Hairspa Blends are:• A great sense of calm, inner peace & tranquility. Releasing of minor anxieties.  • Relief from depression, mood swings & headaches.  • Better levels of concentration & focus.  • Good for changing sleep patterns.  • Balancing & energising for mind, body & soul.  • Oils that really condition the hair & scalp. ...

Jasmine Absolute is extracted by alcohol extraction from a ‘concrete’ made with the flowers of the plant picked by hand only in the evening. This process is what makes Jasmine so costly. The Jasmine Absolute used in this product is 100% pure & natural for your convenience & to make it more easily affordable it has been diluted at a ratio of 5% in Coconut oil a wonderfully light moisturising oil. Jasmine Absolute is intensely floral dark orange in colour & somewhat viscous. Very little is required to add its characteristic odour to any blend. It is a sensuous & luxurious addition to skincare – try adding 10 or 12 drops of this dilution to a pot of unfragranced moisturiser. This dilution may be used directly on the skin in small quantities or combined with other oils as a massage or bath blend. Try blending 6 drops of Jasmine Dilution & 1 drop each of Sandalwood & Clary Sage with 10ml of Coconut carrier oil for a sensuous massage blend. Jasmine is not recommended for use during pregnancy but is an excellent oil to use during childbirth. ...

This intensely floral oil is dark orange in colour & somewhat viscous but very little is required to add the characteristic odour to any blend. For a wonderfully luxurious massage oil blend 1 drop of Jasmine 1 drop of Sandalwood & 3 drops of Mandarin in 10ml of Peach Kernel oil. Try blending 1 drop of Jasmine & 1 drop of Neroli in 20ml of Coconut oil & dab a small amount on the wrists as an alternative to perfume. Do not use in the first four months of pregnancy. ...
