Still in its skin to retain as many nutrients as possible cacao beans are very easy to crack & then use in smoothies or for adding to trail mix. Try sprinkling the cracked beans also called nibs" on your breakfast. Add to a touch of agave nectar or another sweetening agent & chew. Freeze cacao beans with sweeteners
